Combined Health Agencies is a federation of 24 chapters of local and national health agencies, each with an office in San Diego County. To learn more about an agency, click on their listing below.
Each agency hosts and organizes essential programs for individuals and their families who are afflicted by illness in San Diego. From support groups, to 24-hour help-lines, to advocacy and public policy activities, to summer camps where their illness makes them just like everybody else, the 24 members of Combined Health Agencies are fervently dedicated to the health and well being of San Diego County residents.
