  • Prescription medications for 30 days when there are no other sources for payment

  • A walker with a seat for someone who struggles with walking
  • Complete moving services and relocation for an HIV+ family at risk of becoming homeless.
  • 2 Better Breathers Club support group meetings for adults suffering from chronic lung disease.

  • One surgery for child with a deformity
  • One week of Surf Camp for Children with Autism  
  • Por Tu Familia module to be taught to latinos at risk for getting diabetes
  • Lung Helpline advice from nurses and respiratory therapists, 50 toll-free calls
